NAATI stands for the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters Ltd. It is the national standards and accreditation body for translators and interpreters in Australia. It is the only agency to issue accreditations for practitioners who wish to work in this profession in Australia.
When you get a NAATI accredited translation, the translator will use their stamp on the translated document to validate that the document has been translated by a NAATI credentialed translator. The stamp will include an expiry date which indicates whether the translator, at the time of translation, has a validated NAATI credential. This expiry date does not mean the translation is invalid after a certain time. Information of when the translation is completed will also be indicated.
Sydney Translation employs NAATI translators to translate documents of all languages to and from English. We ensure only experienced and responsible full-time translators deliver on your translation requests, so that it is accepted by the immigration or other government departments.
