The electronic copy will usually reach clients within 1-2 working days, followed by the posted hard-copy. It is always useful to provide as much information as possible in your email for a quote, such as if the translation is urgent, or if the hard-copy is not needed.

The electronic copy of the translation will usually be sent to you for approval before the hardcopy is sent. This is to avoid potential errors through poorly scanned documents, or ambiguity in the spelling of names in certain languages.
